Every treatment begins with really listening and a thorough examination; only then do I work in a targeted way to treat the complaints, in consultation with the patient. My goal is simple: that you can move freely and without pain again, and know how to keep it that way.
Eline is a keen athlete herself: crossfit, jogging, cycling, indoor football and snowboarding. She played football at a high level and ran several marathons. After going through a serious ankle injury herself, she knows from experience what recovery really takes. Today she is fully committed to helping others move and play sport without pain again.

How does the first appointment work?
When you arrive you can take a seat in the waiting room; you will be seen shortly. We work by appointment only and try to respect your time. Sometimes serious illnesses or emergencies take a little more of our time, so we may run slightly behind. We appreciate your understanding.

What if I cannot make it to my appointment?
You should cancel 24 hours in advance, so your osteopath can still help someone else in the time reserved for you. If you cancel later, this time is charged at the normal rate. You can cancel an online session via the link in your confirmation email. In other cases you can cancel via the contact form.
Is osteopathy reimbursed?
Most health funds provide a partial reimbursement per session, and many supplementary insurers contribute as well. After your visit we provide you with the correct certificate. The exact amounts depend on your health fund and package.
Can I come without a referral from the doctor?
Yes. You can make an appointment directly, without a referral letter. Do you have one, or recent imaging? Then bring it along, it helps us to build a complete picture more quickly.
